The former name of CRED was Changchun Changlin Industrial Co., Ltd. and was approved by the Economic System Reform Committee of Changchun City and established through system reform on 1993. It has been registered in the securities market on March 18, 1996, and is currently traded in the NEEQ (stock transfer code: 400124).
Since its listing, the Company has gradually solved various historical problems left over during the acquisition and reorganization period, and the corporate governance structure has been constantly improved and gradually embarked on the right track. It has successively developed the Changyuan Tiandi Project, Lecheng Economically Affordable Housing Project, Jingyuanju Project, and Tianjin Kaimo International Apartment Project. Good economic benefit and market evaluation have been achieved.
